  My daughter is almost 15 months old and I have taken her to every appt. she has needed/been scheduled for. When my husband and I had a mjor concern about our step daughter, we decided to take her to the same pediatrician as our daughter. At the time of her new patient appt. she got sick with a stomach virus and amongst all of her vomiting and illness we forgot to reschedule that. I called to reschedule her appt. while I was already setting up my daughter's 15 month appt. The receptionist scheduled my daughter's 15 month check up but refused to let me schedule my step daughter an appt. She said one no show and she is fired per the office manager Billie. I asked to speak with the manager,Billie, after calling where she is located and was told she was eating and couldn't talk to me and that the no show issue is their policy. We are an established, private pay family with their office and for the office to see one child and refuse the other is rediculous and dispicable. I am disgusted with this practice and will be transferring my youngest to another practice. I will never refer anyone to their offices again.
